Warranty/Guarantee Meadow Hill warranties all merchandise against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. Meadow Hill is not responsible for those items subjected to excessive wear, abuse, or physical damage whether accidental or otherwise. Additionally the insurance and protection of your merchandise is solely your responsibility, and Meadow Hill shall not be held liable whatsoever for any loss, theft, or resulting damages that may occur. Existing Prints Meadow Hill can work with prints from a variety of other sources, such as birth records, military papers, school projects, firearm registrations, employment cards, etc. Return to top. Emailing Prints To reproduce your prints accurately, Meadow Hill asks that you scan your print at 600 dpi and save them as a .jpg file. Crop the image closely to the print. Send only your best print. And finally, title the file with the name of the printee. You may also include the engraving details for the back of the charm with your email. Insurance/Liabilities All items shipped from Meadow Hill are insured for full value until delivery to your location. Once delivered to your location you are solely responsible for the merchandise. You agree to accept any loss or damage to the merchandise, whether caused by you or by another, or by any other known or unknown cause, and whether or not such cause is under your control, from and after the point of delivery to your location and up to and including the return to and receipt by Meadow Hill of the merchandise in its original condition.
